Refund & Return Policy

At Ghar Sutra, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please read our policy below.

Returns

• We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
• The product must be unused, in original packaging.
• To initiate a return, WhatsApp us at the number on our Contact page with your order ID and reason.

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
• For prepaid orders, refunds are made to the original payment method.
• For COD orders, refunds are made via bank transfer or UPI. Please share your details when requesting.

Damaged or Wrong Items

• If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos.
• We will arrange a free replacement or full refund immediately.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items that are used, damaged by the customer, or returned after 7 days will not be accepted.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

We proudly offer COD across India. Please ensure someone is available to receive and pay at delivery.
