1. Shipping Coverage

We currently deliver PAN India.

However, delivery availability may vary for certain remote or restricted pin codes depending on courier partner serviceability.

2. Order Processing Time

Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days after successful payment confirmation.

During:

  • High-demand periods

  • Festivals

  • Sales events

  • Operational disruptions

processing time may increase.

Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

3. Estimated Delivery Time

Estimated delivery timelines:

  • Metro Cities: 4–7 business days

  • Other Cities & Towns: 5–10 business days

  • Remote Areas: 7–14 business days

These timelines are estimates only and may vary due to logistics or supplier-related factors.

4. Shipping Partners

Ghar Sutra works with third-party suppliers and courier/logistics partners for order fulfillment and delivery.

As a result:

  • Products may arrive in different packaging

  • Multiple items may be delivered separately

  • Delivery timelines may vary product-wise

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, will be displayed during checkout.

From time to time, we may offer:

  • Free shipping promotions

  • Limited-time delivery offers

at our sole discretion.

6. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via:

  • Email

  • WhatsApp (if applicable)

Tracking updates depend on courier partner systems and may take some time to reflect.

7. Delayed Deliveries

Delivery delays may occur due to:

  • Courier disruptions

  • Supplier delays

  • High order volumes

  • Government restrictions

  • Remote location service limitations

Such delays do not qualify for cancellation, compensation, or refund.

We request customers to allow reasonable additional time for delivery before raising concerns.

8. Incorrect Address & Failed Deliveries

Customers are responsible for providing accurate:

  • Phone number

  • Shipping address

  • Pin code

Ghar Sutra will not be responsible for:

  • Delivery failures due to incorrect information

  • Re-delivery charges (if applicable)

  • Losses caused by customer address errors

Orders returned due to failed delivery attempts or unreachable customers may not be eligible for refund.

9. Damaged or Wrong Product Delivery

If you receive:

  • A damaged product

  • Wrong product

you must contact us within 3 days of delivery with:

  • Order ID

  • Clear unboxing video

  • Product photos

Claims without a proper unboxing video will not be accepted.

10. Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery may be available on selected products and locations only.

Ghar Sutra reserves the right to:

  • Disable COD for certain users/orders

  • Request prepaid payment in suspicious or high-risk cases
